Privacy Policy — Summary
This is a short explanation of how Pre-Deals handles personal information. Read the Full Privacy Policy for the complete details, including legal bases, retention criteria, recipients and your rights. This summary does not replace that notice. Accepting our Terms and Conditions does not give blanket consent to data processing.
Who is responsible
Pre-Deals(GB) Ltd, 318 Old Street, London EC1V 9DR, is responsible for the personal information described in our policy. Contact cs@pre-deals.com with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect and why
We collect information needed to manage accounts, verify email and phone access, organise requests and deals, process payments and refunds, arrange delivery, provide support and protect the service. This may include contact and account details, verification records, requests, orders, delivery addresses, transaction references, communications, device information and security events. If you use social sign-in, we receive the account information your chosen provider shares with your permission. We do not receive that provider's password.
We use information to provide requested services and fulfil contracts, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as security and dispute resolution. Where optional marketing or tracking requires consent, we ask separately. Without required account, verification or transaction information, we may be unable to provide the relevant service.
Who receives information
Authorised staff and providers supporting hosting, email delivery, SMS verification, payment processing and technical infrastructure may receive information needed for their roles. Relevant suppliers and delivery providers receive information needed for fulfilment. Information may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities where appropriate or legally required. Further provider details are available on request. Payment providers handle card information entered into their interfaces; Pre-Deals does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Where information is processed
As of 1 October 2026, personal information processed for Pre-Deals services is kept in the UK. As we expand, our intended approach is country-local storage in line with applicable requirements; this is a future objective, not a statement that infrastructure exists in every country. Before changing processing locations, we will assess legal requirements, establish any required safeguards and update the full notice. Further details are available on request.
Retention, security and cookies
We keep information for the purposes for which it is needed and applicable legal, accounting or dispute requirements. Closing an account does not automatically erase records that must be retained; backups follow their retention cycles. We use access and security controls, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Essential cookies support sign-in, security and checkout. Optional analytics, marketing and personalisation categories are off unless chosen. Use Cookie Settings to change your choices.
Your rights and policy updates
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may object to direct marketing at any time. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions. Contact cs@pre-deals.com; we normally respond within one month where UK or EU law applies. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another relevant authority.
We may update this notice and display a revised date. Minor editorial changes may take effect without separate notification. Where required, we notify affected users before material processing changes and obtain fresh consent where necessary. Publication of a revised policy does not itself authorise new processing.
