When you join a deal you may pay a deposit — a fixed percentage of your order total. The amount due, remaining balance and applicable refund terms are shown before you commit.

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the terms shown for that deal and applicable law. Supplier failure or material non-conformity can trigger the relevant refund, replacement or dispute-resolution process described before you commit.

Every deal has a minimum quantity the supplier has agreed to fulfil. If the threshold is not reached, the deal follows its displayed cancellation and payment-resolution terms. Once the threshold is reached, the deal can lock, often with better pricing tiers at higher volumes.

Suppliers are verified before they can offer: company registration, VAT, certifications and insurance are reviewed by our team. Deal pages always show the supplier's verification status.
