Pre-DealsPre-Deals Supplier Agreement

1. Role and Obligations Suppliers agree to fulfill orders in accordance with negotiated deal specifications, agreed quality standards, and delivery deadlines. The supplier is the legal vendor of record for custom deals fulfilled through the platform.
2. Quality and Compliance Suppliers must maintain valid business registrations, regulatory compliance, and fulfill warranty and return commitments required by applicable law and the deal terms.
