1. Your information Pre-Deals is operated by Pre-Deals(GB) Ltd, at 318 Old Street, London EC1V 9DR. Contact us at cs@pre-deals.com with privacy questions or requests. This policy covers pre-deals.com and the Pre-Deals services associated with it.
2. Information we collect Account information: your name, email address, account identifier, profile information, sign-in method and account status. If you register with a password, we store a password hash rather than a readable password.
Social sign-in: when you choose Google, Apple or Facebook, we receive the information that provider makes available with your permission, such as your provider account identifier, name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your password for that provider. Apple may supply a private relay email address. Your provider separately handles information under its own privacy policy.
Contact and verification: your telephone number and verification event records. We verify email addresses and phone numbers to help protect buyers and suppliers from impersonation and confirm message routing.
Deal and request activity: product deal requests, deal participation, commitments, quantities, target prices, messages, reviews, questions, disputes and supplier feedback.
Payments and transactions: transaction amounts, payment dates, payment status, currency, delivery and billing addresses, and references provided by our payment service providers. Card numbers and bank credentials go directly to our regulated payment processors (such as Stripe) and are not stored on our application servers.
Communications and support: messages you exchange with sellers or administrators through our platform, customer support tickets, email records and notes of customer service calls.
Technical and usage data: IP address, device type, browser identifier, operating system, time zone, request log timestamps, and cookie preferences.
3. How we use your information We use your information to operate the Pre-Deals collective marketplace, process custom-deal commitments, coordinate supplier negotiations, communicate deal updates, maintain account security, process refunds, comply with tax and legal requirements, and provide customer support.
4. Your rights Under applicable data protection legislation (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.
