Pre-Deals Buyer Agreement

1. Scope and Relationship This Buyer Agreement governs your participation as a buyer in collective deal purchasing on Pre-Deals. Pre-Deals acts as an intermediary facilitating negotiated offers between demand pools and vetted suppliers.

2. Commitments and Orders When you join a demand pool or place a deposit, you authorize Pre-Deals to aggregate your demand and negotiate pricing. Full purchase orders become binding when the full balance is paid following allocation of the supplier and acceptance of the final deal specifications.

3. Buyer Responsibilities Buyers agree to provide truthful and accurate billing, delivery, and verification details, to maintain account security, and to comply with payment schedules for committed deals.
